Willamette Valley Storage LLC – July 13, 2010
“This letter is being written to inform you that Willamette Valley Storage LLC/Neils P. Jensen was completely and totally satisfied with the job Ray Moles/Hangar Construction did for my company.
Hangar Construction built 275,000 sq ft of buildings for Willamette Valley Storage. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work was second to none. The entire project went smoothly, even when adjustments needed to be made because of difficulty with the concrete. Mr. Moles was willing to accommodate the changes that were needed to get the buildings built to the codes of Marion County and to our satisfaction.
In addition, we were two months behind schedule when the building project, because of issues with site preparation (not Hangar Construction). Because of their diligence and work ethic, Ray and his crew were able to finish our project ahead of schedule.
It was a pleasure working with Ray Moles/Hangar Construction and I would highly recommend Ray and his company to anyone who is planning a building project.
My thanks goes to Ray for superior buildings, and I look forward to working with him on building projects in the future.” – Neils P. Jensen (Manager)

Mallorie’s Dairy, Inc. – January 15, 2009
“During 2008 Hangar Construction Unlimited, Inc. constructed two large hay barns for Mallorie’s dairy. These barns were each about 120′ x 325′ in size, with concrete floors and partial concrete sidewalls. Hangar did all of the concrete work, the erection of the steel building, and installation of siding, insulation, and roofing.
The project turned out well and the buildings are now in use.” – Charles Flanagan (Business Manager)
Non-Business Customer (Tim James)
“Eight years ago we build nine 50′ by 50′ hangars on a project at the Aurora, OR airport. We purchased the buildings from a well known company and hired the erector they recommended. We also hired contractors for the site work and concrete work. We had many problems, and often when we tried to resolve them, the contractors would blame each other for the fault. After completion when we wanted to correct defects we found that the erector had gone out of business and the building manufacturer would have nothing to do with the problems.
Shortly after the first project was completed, we decided to add and 80′ by 100 hangar building to the project. We hired Hangar Construction and wished we had known about them at the start. They took complete charge of the project and coordinated everything from the building manufacturer to the site work and concrete. When we had a few roof leaks seven years later, he spent two days with his crew taking care of it with no charge. He also corrected problems with our other hangars at a fair price.” – Tim James (503-201-8623)
